A Qatar-based, established Real Estate Company is looking for a Filipino Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-groomed, and able to take on responsibilities with minimal guidance. This individual should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a professional attitude when dealing with clients and colleagues. They should also be comfortable handling sales transactions, providing property advice, and assisting clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
They must be proficient in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and have basic knowledge of IT systems. Fluency in English is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to execute effective sales strategies. Knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom for image editing, along with experience using WordPress, is a plus.
